While Neo Surf does not ask you for any personal information, you must be informed of the third party app that may.

This app uses Google's AdMob to service Ads (Admob SDK). Most advertisement services collect some sort of personally identifiable information to make sure they are able track the effectivity of their ads or to increase their reach and impact. 

The third party application may be placing and reading cookies on your device to collect information relevant to serving ads to your device.

Note that Google may use the device ID from where the ad is serving to generate interest and demographic categories. These interests and demographic categories will be used to serve ads better targeted to the user.
